Paul Frediani's Sports Athletics

Paul began his path in fitness at the early age of 12, surfing the chilly waters off the Northern California coast. He later exchanged his surfboard for a pair of Paul Fredianiboxing gloves and became the San Francisco golden gloves and the pacific coast diamond belt light heavyweight boxing champion. His foundation and interest in fitness served him well when he began a successful career as a model. He was billed as "one of the world's top male models" when he twice guested on The Merv Griffin Show.

A continuing education provider for the American council of exercise, Paul teaches a class titled "BoxAthletics", providing .4 CEC's to personal trainers interested in incorporating boxing into their fitness curriculum.

Paul is an internationally-acclaimed fitness presenter. He has presented at the 1997 International Ideal Convention, and the 1998 International DCAC Convention. He is certified by A.C.E., the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a medical exercise specialist. He is the Fitness Director of the Hamptons Boot Camp, and fitness advisor for getfitnow.com.

The past year has been a very exciting one for Paul. He was invited to train the US Surf team in the Dominican Republic (a tough assignment, but someone had to do it!). He also appeared on several talk shows including The View, CNN, Lifetime for Women, and Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.

He feels his ability to write books which help people achieve their fitness goals is a blessing. Paul's philosophy on fitness is "simplicity, diligence, focus and fun."
